Aerial Hoop

Also known as Aerial Lyra, the Hoop is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point in the ceiling. Sizes of the apparatus vary according to your height. If you are new to aerial fitness, this is a great way to start! 

Poses and movements focus on improving balance, coordination and muscle tone. More seasoned aerial hoopers learn to flip, turn and roll into choreographed transitions. 

60 minutes - 3 credits (senior instructor)
60 minutes - 2 credits (junior instructor)

*Beginner levels are suitable for those without any experience and those seeking to build a solid foundation. Wear comfortable, tight-fitting clothing that covers your knees, elbows and torso. No shoes required.
