Suitable for any level and experience, this class focuses on building core strength, active flexibility, and muscle endurance through a variety of exercises.

 

Whether you're looking to improve on those lines, prep the body for more advanced aerial/pole, or enhance your physical performance, Fit and Flex is the ticket!   

Fit & Flex/Stretching 90 minutes 2 credits.

*Wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to stretch. No shoes are required. Yoga blocks and mats are provided.
