Pole Fit

Our signature Pole Fit syllabus will guide you from beginner to advanced, focusing on the proper technique and instruction to help you nail those tricks and spins! Gain strength and flexibility as you tackle fundamental combos in our targeted training.

60 minutes - 3 credits (senior instructor)
60 minutes - 2 credits (junior instructor)

 

*Beginner levels are suitable for those without any experience up to early polers and focus mainly on the static pole. Wear comfortable clothing that exposes the thighs and arms for grip. No shoes are required.
