This level is your launchpad, giving you the basics you need to move safely and get the most out of every session.

Ready to level up? Beginner 2 introduces 12 new skills, expanding your movement vocabulary and challenging your body in fresh ways. You’ll work through up to four courses, with the pace tailored to your progress, so you can truly master each technique. By the end, you’ll have a solid foundation of 21 bungeeWORKOUT skills and a deeper sense of what your body can do. Plus, continue with Beginner 2 and enjoy a complimentary Skill Clinic class for extra support and refinement.
