What should I wear for class?
AERIAL: Please wear comfy workout attire that covers your armpits and back of knees. Bring a towel for your own sweat and drinking water!
POLE: Please wear a comfortable top and stretchable shorts (no shoes needed), bring a towel and water bottle, and avoid applying lotion on your arms and legs before class to ensure a better grip.

What is Aerial access?
Our aerial access is practice time that can be booked for Aerial Hoop & Aerial Silk, it costs 1 credit (RM 35) per session, no sharing points.

Can I cancel my class and refund my credits?
Credits will be forfeited if cancellation is done within 24 hours before class.
For cancellations due to medical reasons, a valid medical certificate from a doctor is required.
For other emergencies, please contact our admin team. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I transfer/share/freeze my credits?
Credits are non-transferable and non-shareable.
If you want to transfer your remaining credits to someone else because you can't attend Viva classes anymore, please send us a WhatsApp message with your reason, and we will review your request.
For freezing credits, send us a WhatsApp stating your reason and for medical reasons, a doctor’s medical certificate is required. -
Can I carry forward my unused credits?
Yes, a maximum of 5 expired credits can be carried forward to the new package. Any additional expired credits will be forfeited.
All carried-forward credits will follow the same expiry date as the new package. -
How do I check how many credits I have left?
Send us a WhatsApp and we’ll be able to get back to you about it!

I have credits but I still need to pay for classes?
No issues.
One possible reason is that your credit package has a preset activation date, which may be scheduled to start at a later time. If needed, we can help you adjust the activation date so you can start using your credits immediately. Just send us a WhatsApp!
