  • Do I need any prior experience to join a class?

    INTRO courses are designed for no experience, while Beginner to Intermediate classes will have pre-requisites, just WhatsApp us for what base level is needed.

  • How safe is aerial dance and pole dance?

    Safety is a top priority! Our instructors are trained professionals who follow safety protocols. All equipment is regularly inspected, and classes focus on proper technique to minimize the risk of injury.

  • How often should I attend classes to see progress?

    To see significant improvement, we recommend attending class at least once a week. Consistent practice, along with proper conditioning, can lead to faster progress and skill development.

  • What should I wear to class?

    Pole: Shorts and a tank top/sports bra are ideal. Skin contact helps with grip on the pole.

    Aerial (Silks, Hoop, etc.): Wear leggings or fitted long pants and a snug top that covers your midsection to prevent friction burns.

  • How do I sign up for a class?

    You can sign up online through our Mindbody portal or WhatsApp us directly. We recommend booking in advance, as classes can fill up quickly.

  • What is your cancellation or refund policy?

    Cancellations typically must be made 12–24 hours before class to avoid losing the class credit. Contact us through WhatsApp!
