Beginner Course 1

Start your bungee fitness journey with our Beginner 1 Package. Across three foundation courses (four sessions each), you’ll learn the essential moves that make bungeeWORKOUT both fun and effective. We’ll guide you through 12 fundamental skills: think jumps, flights, and dynamic movements - all designed to build your technique, body awareness, and confidence. This level is your launchpad, giving you the basics you need to move safely and get the most out of every session.
